Day-Of Coordination

 

Prior to your event, we will meet for a consultation to establish a custom plan just for you, including estimated guest attendance as it relates to seating, catering, etc. Working together we create a cohesive environment to maximize your guests' enjoyment.

 

On the day of your event, I arrive early to the venue to begin food set up, arrange seating, decorate, stock beverages & tackle any last minute tasks.  With referrals to a team of trained bartenders & event staff available* you can relax and enjoy your event knowing every detail will be attended to by a professional.

 

This service is designed to supplement your own efforts in set up/tear down as party host.  For full service event design & coordination, see below.

Do you have a great concept for a custom art piece or faux finish, but no idea where to start...let alone the time to get it done?

 

I can help with that!

 

With a background in theatre technology my armory of skills comes fully equipped with custom sewing, fabrication, painting, calligraphy & carpentry to name a few.  Plus, with a network of colleagues nationwide, if it's not in my wheelhouse you bet I can refer you to someone for whom it is!
