Intimate wedding planning is designed for weddings with less than 50 guests. Depending upon your individual needs we can help with everything from budget, venue selection, vendor sourcing, design, coordination, and more!

PREMIMUM MANAGEMENT

Our signature service.

This is your metaphorical "phone a friend" lifeline. You get all the benefits of Wedding Management plus 10 hours of planning or design services. Use your hours anywhere you need extra help throughout the process.

Wedding planning is a lot to balance and most couples don't realize they need help until they're already overwhelmed. Premium Management allows you to have a professional wedding planner on retainer.

WEDDING MANAGEMENT

You plan. We execute. You enjoy.

You know what you want and have a good idea how to make it happen. You are doing the majority of planning yourselves, but you need a professional to step in and see your plan across the finish line.

After your initial consultation, we'll meet to determine where you are in the planning process and offer some basic guidance to set you on a path for success. After that it's monthly email check-ins, but we're here to answer any questions you might have. About two months prior to your wedding we sit down and reconcile your vendor contracts, create a timeline, and a cohesive plan for the day.

On your wedding day, we orchestrate the ceremony and reception according to your specifications, becoming the primary contact for vendors, guests, and VIPs so you can be fully present in every blissful moment.
